Q & A

Can wooden postcards be mailed with a standard stamp?

Yes! Our wooden postcards are standard postcard size (4 × 6 inches / 10 × 15 cm), lightweight (20g), and designed to be posted with a normal first- or second-class stamp in the UK and most international destinations.

What are your wooden postcards, key tags and signs made of?

All our products are crafted from sustainably sourced premium Italian wood and printed with museum-quality, UV-resistant inks in our workshop in Suffolk, England. Every item is designed to be beautiful, practical and long-lasting.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. We use wood from responsibly managed Italian forests, run a carbon-neutral production process, aim for zero waste, and use minimal recyclable packaging. All our products are recyclable and we plant trees through our partnership with Ecologi.

Where are your products made?

Everything hand-printed and hand-made to order in our workshop in Suffolk, England.

How durable are your products?

Extremely durable. The UV-resistant inks prevent fading, and the solid wood makes them far more robust than paper cards. Many customers frame or collect them for years.

Who creates the artwork?

We are proud to collaborate with a wonderful range of talented artists and prestigious institutions, including Stephen Millership, Rocket68, Matt Sewell, Sarah Kelleher, Emy Lou Holmes, Honneke, the Medici Gallery, The Flower Fairies, The British Museum, National Galleries Scotland and many more.
